WEST Monroe, LA, Oct. 25 --- Waggoner & Associates, Inc. Wagg today announced Mr.Jerry Waggoner has stepped down as President of Waggoner & Associates. We wish him well on all his further endeavors. Mr. Ken Head has been appointed President and COO effective immediately.

Mr. Head brings more than 10 years of corporate operations, regulatory, safety, field services, and other energy-related NDT and Welding Technology experience to the Waggoner & Associates management team. He most recently served as Superintendent Of Operations, and Corporate Level III of H&H X-Ray Services, Inc.

We are pleased Ken is joining the Wagg team. He brings valuable energy, business knowledge and leadership. His experience and expertise will make an important contribution as we grow our union side of the NDT business.
